By purchasing from Our website, the buyer (\u201cBuyer\u201d or \u201cYou\u201d) agrees to abide by the terms outlined in this Returns Policy.<\/p>\n<h2>Physical Material (Books, Media, etc.)<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We accept returns of physical material within 30 days of receipt.<\/li>\n<li>To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.<\/li>\n<li>The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the received items and notifying Us of any discrepancies, damages, or defects within 7 days of receipt of the items.<\/li>\n<li>Material that has been written on or in, or altered or modified in any way is not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.<\/li>\n<li>To return a physical product, first contact Us for approval.<\/li>\n<li>If Your return is approved, please mail to: Coaching Systems, LLC; 12503 E. Euclid Dr., Unit #35; Centennial, CO 80111.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Once We receive Your returned item, We will inspect it and notify You of the approval or rejection of Your refund. If approved, Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to Your original method of payment (if possible and practicable; otherwise via Company check).<\/li>\n<li>Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on Your statement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Shipping<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs, including the original shipping costs, are non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Damaged Items<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the received items and notifying Us of any discrepancies, damages, or defects within 7 days of receipt of the items.<\/li>\n<li>We reserve the right to relax the 7-day rule at Our discretion and based on a case-by-case analysis of any extraordinary circumstances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Lost Items<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We cannot replace or refund lost material.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Online Courses<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We accept returns of digital products (online courses via their unique authorization key code) within 30 days of the purchase date.<\/li>\n<li>To be eligible for return, an online course authorization key must be active (i.e., not redeemed in any manner whatsoever).<\/li>\n<li>Once an online course authorization key has been used, to either create an account or begin a course, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Issues<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If You experience technical difficulties accessing the online course, please contact Our support team for assistance.
